This is the preparation material for an English conversation lesson about disability. Disability is the consequence of an impairment that may be physical, cognitive, mental, sensory, emotional, developmental, or some combination of these. A disability may be present from birth, or occur during a person's lifetime.  People who are disabled may experience a problem in body function or structure, difficulty carrying out a task or action, or difficulty with involvement in life situations.
