Your English is important to your success. In academic work, when applying for a job or creating a website, the correct use of English is vital. I provide a personal proofreading service to help your written work make the right impression.

I offer proofreading, correction and editing of written work to foreign language students.  This includes CVs, résumés, essays, reports, presentations, coursework, websites, scripts and any other written work.  Whatever the nature of your document, I will ensure it says exactly what you want it to say, unhindered by spelling, vocabulary or grammatical errors.

You can choose between two options:  My standard service ensures that your work is free of spelling, grammatical, punctuation or typographical errors, while my advanced service includes advice concerning the content of your work (such as, the improvement of accuracy, clarity, coherence, organisation, paragraph structure and style). HOW TO PROCEED WITH A REQUEST FOR PROOFREADING

1. Use the Contact page to get in contact with me and explain what you would like to have proofread and whether you would like the standard or advanced service.  Let me know how soon you need to have the work completed (my standard turn around time is 48 hours but I can meet an urgent deadline for an additional fee). 
2. I will contact you to agree the deadline and confirm the final price.
3. Reply to me and let me know if you wish to proceed.
4. Payment is made in advance and securely through PayPal. I will send you a PayPal payment request. Follow the steps to complete payment.
5. You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal to tell you if your payment has been made successfully. Work will begin once payment has been received.
6. Your work will be returned on or before your deadline. One file will show all the changes that have been made and one will be the final version ready for you to submit.

• My standard completion time is 48 hours (depending on the number of pages), but can meet an urgent deadline for an additional agreed fee.
• The agreed time for completion starts once payment has been received.
• I edit using UK English for spelling unless you request otherwise.
• Whilst every care is taken with your written work, I cannot guarantee any particular outcomes such as whether your CV or job application is successful, what grade you receive for a piece of coursework or any other types of outcomes.
